Welch Allyn Customer Relationship Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for promoting Hill-Rom Direct, the official site for Hill-Rom and Welch Allyn OEM parts and accessories, to targeted U.S. commercial customers of the Welch Allyn and Hill-Rom brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following a strategic call plan, perform a high volume of outgoing B2B sales calls targeting potential buyers of Hill-Rom and Welch Allyn OEM parts and accessories.
Using a One Hill-Rom approach, educate customers on Service Products and OEM parts available on Hill-Rom Direct as required, transition medical device leads and service agreement leads appropriately across the Global Business Units.
Enroll customers in Hill-Rom Direct Plus
Meet or exceed targeted performance goals on a consistent basis
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Healthcare related area (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
3-5 years Sales or Customer Service background
SAP and/or JD Edwards ERP experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven customer service and sales skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
