Lead Engineer, Algorithms

  Description   Job Summary: As part of a fast-paced and cutting-edge software team in the Advanced Technology group, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and documentation of machine learning algorithms and other software for use within medical devices.     Key Responsibilities:          Collect, understand, and analyze physiological data for the development of algorithms          Provide insight to the data within the team and across cross-functional groups          Perform signal processing and other analysis techniques to aid in the design and development of medical device algorithms          Maintain and manage data sets for use within the software team and throughout the organization          Develop a scalable approach to standardize our algorithm developments          Work through feasibility of product ideas through brainstorming, prototyping, and systematic approaches          Collaborate with team members to identify problems and propose solutions within algorithm designs and implementations     Qualifications   Required Background and Qualifications:          Knowledge of software development languages and frameworks such as MATLAB, R, Python, C/C++          Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, especially Artificial Neural Net design and development          Data science background          Knowledge of statistical concepts used in the development of algorithms and models          Creative and critical thinking and problem solving          Minimum of 7-11 years of experience          Preference for experience with vision science, vital signs, heart rate measurements, etc          BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field          Ability to communicate effectively within the software development team, to cross-functional groups, and to project stakeholders as needed          Experience with TFS or other ALM tools a plus          Medical device experience a plus  18124771

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
