Description Job Summary: This position is the category leader for new products in Women's Health. Objective is to create strong profitable growth & capturing global market share via identification of new product introductions.    Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:            Manages all aspects of product development from customer sensing to concept development through launch strategy. Proficient in understanding customer needs and workflows            Provides input to 3 year strategic plan. Manage the global growth strategy for the Women's health business including organic and inorganic opportunities in collaboration with regional and strategic marketing          Identifies and pursues sources of incremental growth for existing portfolio          Develops business plan and financial analysis for portfolio opportunities          Provides oversight to management of product costs, has input to global pricing of applicable portfolio, and margin maintenance          Strong focus on OUS opportunity identification and development          Marketing lead on requirements definition and R&D project execution          Develops product positioning/messaging for product families, including new products being developed          Driver of the go-to-market strategy/process for portfolio of products          Manages product lifecycle          Collaborates with regional marketing and medical affairs on identification and development of evidence based proof points Qualifications Required Background and Qualifications:          4+ years of related professional experience                            Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA Preferred                          Requires knowledge of primary channel(s) for responsible products          Effectively leverage and utilize available analytical tools          Experience with financial modeling to support New Product Development (NPD) decision making          Experience developing product requirements for new technologies preferred          Experience in Go to Market effort on an NPD team preferred          Successful use of market analysis techniques such as ethnography, conjoint analysis, etc.  Hill-Rom is an equal employment employer F/M/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity 18124188

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
