Hill-Rom's comprehensive product and service offerings are used by health care providers across the health care continuum and around the world in hospitals, extended carefacilities and home care settings to enhance the safety and quality ofpatient care.  Description Key Responsibilities: Enables clinical/usability studies (strategy, scope, budget, resources and schedule) ensures business and departmental objectives are met on assigned NPD and sustaining engineering projects. Identifies synergies within user research and clinical testing plans for projects to maximize throughput, minimize cost, reserving requests with real world partner network for observation and immersion opportunities. Manages the Hill-Rom User Research Studio (HURS) - enabling utilization by Hill-Rom and customer organizations for usability testing, concept testing, clinical testing, product training, and creating opportunities for teams to innovate "One Hill-Rom solutions" that no one else can do. Identifies, manages and trains all professional staff associated with clinical research initiatives (investigators, research staff, study participants) and monitors all clinical site activity. Evaluates clinical study data/information, providing interim and final reports, convening meetings to review finding and provides risk mitigations and solutions on potential issues. Represents the organization to provide inputs on product development and provide solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Interacts with representatives from key function groups including Patient Safety, Quality, Regulatory, Biostatisticians, Research & Development, Risk Management and Marketing. Ensures compliance with Good Clinical Practice, design controls, quality systems and risk analysis. Travels 20%, including internationally. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
