NPI Program Manager

Role Summary: As a member of the RVI Engineering Team, the NPI Program Manager will oversee and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to plan, develop and deliver new products or services to support the RVI business. Essential Responsibilities: In the role of NPI Program Manager, you will: Own the RVI NPI process. Ensures it complies with the GEIT NPI requirements and is used for all RVI NPI projects Lead NPI project teams through all phases of the development process from planning through execution and successful launch to market. Projects may include any combination of mechanical, electrical hardware, optics, software or firmware elements Track and report on all key aspects of assigned projects including schedule, project cost, earned value, product COG, product quality and associated risks Proactively manage the team to develop solutions and resolve problems to keep projects on track to objectives Prepare and present formal project business reviews as well as regular project status updates with senior leadership teams Work closely with engineering managers and other functional managers to agree on project resource assignments and priorities Work closely with Product Managers to ensure product functional requirements are documented and agreed to Manage external contract resources toward achieving project objectives Mentor others managing projects to develop stronger project management skills and influence improved results Train co-workers in changes to the NPI process as necessary Maintain all project documents per GEIT policies and participate in audits as necessary Drive project teams to follow the GEIT NPI process Participate in ISO audits and CAS audits as needed to support business requirements Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university Minimum 5years ofexperiencerunning complex, cross-functional NPI projects Eligibility Requirements: Travel 10% of the time to customer, application, supplier and other company locations (limited) Desired Characteristics: PMP certification Knowledge and experience in Agile project environment SAP experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strong problem solving and organizational skills Experience and ability to work in a matrix environment Solid understanding of NPI process and cross-functional interaction required Demonstrated dedication to project and business success - hard working, team player Ability to influence others and create cohesive groups Demonstrated process orientation in approach to work Comprehensive program management skills Effective team building and project management ability Experience working withMS Office tools 3157832

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
