Manage and support scheduling in Microsoft Outlook for Support Center personnel Coordinate meetings, room reservations, and prepare lunch orders Managing the payment process for all marketing expenses.
Ordering office supplies.
Creating expense reports monthly.
REQUIREMENTS:

years of Administrative Assistant/Team Assistant experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
